RESOLUTION 2022-016
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[DAYBREAK PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, ATI Group has completed the public improvements associated with the
Daybreak Plat 3 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Daybreak Plat 3 Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of January, 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Daybreak Plat 3 Project.
