RESOLUTION 2022-018
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL LIAISON,
ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE AND EX-OFFICIO TO THE CENTRAL
IOWA REGIONAL DRINKING WATER COMMISSION (CIRDWC) FOR 2022
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a member of the Central Iowa Regional Drinking
Water Commission (CIRDWC); AND,
WHEREAS, CIRDWC requests the annual appointment of a council liaison, alternate
representative and ex-officio to the Commission; AND,
WHEREAS, for the calendar year 2022, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Council
Member Larry R. Lyon as council liaison, Public Works Director/City Engineer Rudy
Koester as alternate representative, and Assistant Public Works Director of Operations
Tim Royer as ex-officio to CIRDWC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3`d day of January, 2022, that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments to
the Central Iowa Regional Drinking Water Commission (CIRDWC).
