RESOLUTION 2022-032
APPROVING PUBLIC ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT
[SUGAR CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, Sugar Creek Estates subdivision has previously been annexed into the City of
Waukee which included a private street and utility corridor; AND,
WHEREAS, as a part of the annexation process, the City of Waukee agreed to take over regular
and long term maintenance of the private street and utility corridor known as Sugar Creek Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Roadway and Utility Easement is hereby approved which defines the City of
Waukee's responsibilities associated with Sugar Creek Lane.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 17t' day of
January, 2022.
