APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS [STRATFORD NEIGHBORHOOD PARK,
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Genus Landscape Architects for
the concept design and development of Stratford Crossing neighborhood park; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes the development of a master plan, cost opinion, site
survey, and the facilitation of two stakeholder meetings for Stratford Park;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Genus Landscape Architects [Stratford
Neighborhood Park, Concept Development] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7t' day of February,
2022.
