RESOLUTION 2021-067
APPROVING EASEMENTS BETWEEN CMBK, L.C. AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE [SW
AREA TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION PHASE 2 PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements are necessary for the purpose of construction
of the SW Area Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that the
Temporary Construction and Sanitary Sewer Easements between CMBK, L.C. and City of Waukee [SW
Area Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project] are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 161h day of
February, 2021.
