RESOLUTION 2021-068
APPROVING EASEMENT BETWEEN JWET HOLDINGS, LLC AND THE CITY OF
WAUKEE [SW AREA TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION PHASE 2 PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements are necessary for the purpose of construction
of the SW Area Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that the
Temporary Construction Easement between JWET Holdings, LLC and City of Waukee [SW Area Trunk
Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project] are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 16t' day of
February, 2021.
