Waukee, Iowa, June 29 , 1961
The Town Council of the Town of Waukee, Iowa, met pur-
suant to the rules of said Council, in sAecial session, on
call of the Mayor, at the. time and place designated in the follow-
ing call, a copy of which signed by the Mayor, had been personally
served on each member of the Council, or left at his usual place of
residence,, a sufficient time before said meeting, and service of
which has been duly accepted by each member.

Dear Sir:
You are hereby notified that a meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Waukee, Iowa, will be held
on the 29 day of June 1961, at the
Town Hall Waukee, Iowa, at -
o'clock p . M., for the purpose of introducing, reading
and considering the passage and approval of an Ordinance
providing that the entire Town of Waukee Iowa, is includ-
ed in and constitutes one sewer district'; and for the
transaction of such other business as may come before
said meeting.

The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the
roll being called, there were
Present, naalay Mayor, in the chair, and
the following named Councilmen:
Absent: None
The Mayor read the foregoing call and reported that
service thereof as above stated had been duly made and accepted.
Councilman R--°s introduced an Ordinance
entitled: An Ordinance providing that the
entire Town of Waukee, Iowa, is included in and constitutes one
sewer district."
It was moved by Councilman Rees and sec-
onded by Councilman Inman , that the Ordinance enti-
tled: An Urdinance providing that the en
tire Town of Waukee, Iowa, is included in and constitutes one
sewer district" be now read by the Town Clerk. The Mayor put the
question on the motion, and the roll being called, the following
named Councilmen voted:
Nays: None.
Whereupon, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried,
and said Ordinance was read by the Town Clerk and duly considered
by the Council.
It was moved by Councilman Wilson and sec-
onded by Councilman Linn that the rule requiring
said Ordinance to be read on three different days be dispensed
with. The Mayor put the question on the motion, and the roll be-
ing called, the following named Councilmen voted:
Nays: None.
Whereupon, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried.
It was moved by Councilman Linn and sec-
onded by Councilman Rees that the Ordinance entitled:
°'An Ordinance providing that the entire Town
of Waukee, Iowa, is included in and constitutes one sewer dis-
trict" be now put upon its final passage and adoption. The Mayor
put the question on the final passage and adoption of said Ordinance,
and the roll being called, the following named Councilmen voted:
Ayes: Neubauer Rees Inman Wilson Linn
Nays: None.
Whereupon, the Mayor declared said Ordinance duly adopted
and signed his approval to said Ordinance.
ORDINANCE X=
An Ordinance providing that the entire
Town of Waukee, Iowa, is included in
and constitutes one sewer district.
WHEREAS, the Town of Waukee, Iowa, is contem-
plating the construction of sewer improvements and
it is deemed advisable that the entire Town of Waukee,
be included in and constitute one sewer district; IT IS
THEREFORE
ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Waukee, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. That the entire Town of Waukee,
Iowa, now within the corporate boundaries of said Town,
be and the same is included in and declared to consti-
tute and embrace one sewer district.
Section 2. All ordinances and resolutions or
parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. There being no newspaper published
in said Town this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and posting, as by statute
provided.

Town of Waukee, in the County of Dallas, State of Iowa, do hereby
certify that a correct and complete copy of the Ordinance of said
Town, adopted by the Council thereof on the 29 day of June ,
1961, approved by the Mayor thereof on the 29 day of June ,
1961, entitled: "An Ordinance providing
that the entire Town of Waukee, Iowa, is included in and consti-
tutes one sewer district" was officially posted on the 3o day
of June , 1961, in three public places within said
Town, as f ollows:

I further certify that at this time and at the times
aforesaid no newspaper was published in said Town.
