RESOLUTION 2022-059
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY GRADE
[POLICE OFFICER — CRISIS INTERVENTION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Police Chief proposes the creation of a Police Officer — Crisis Intervention
position; AND,
WHEREAS, the pay grade for Police Officer — Crisis Intervention shall be P14; AND,
WHEREAS, the Police Chief and Human Resources Director recommend establishing the
positions and approving the job descriptions and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 22°d day of February 2022, that it hereby approves the job description and pay grade for
Police Officer — Crisis Intervention, Police Department.
