RESOLUTION 2022-060
APPROVING WAUKEE POLICE DEPARTMENT CLEANING CONTRACT WITH
STRATUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS/PEREZ CLEANING SERVICES, LLC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on April 6, 2020, the Waukee City Council approved an agreement with Classic
Clean for janitorial services at the Waukee Police Department facility (Resolution #2020-120);
AND,
WHEREAS, Classic Clean is no longer providing the agreed upon services; AND,
WHEREAS, the Waukee Police Department wishes to accept a proposal from Stratus Building
Solutions/Perez Cleaning Services, LLC, of West Des Moines, IA, for janitorial services;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
22"d day of February, 2022, that a service proposal between Stratus Building Solutions/Perez
Cleaning Services, LLC, and the Waukee Police Department is hereby approved.
