RESOLUTION 2022-062
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH BOLTON & MENK, INC. [SUGAR CREEK PARK]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City requires professional services related to design, bidding and construction
services for the Sugar Creek Park Project; AND,
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2021, the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for Professional
Consulting Services with Bolton & Menk, Inc., for the Sugar Creek Park Project (Resolution #2021-
168); AND,
WHEREAS, an Amendment No. 1 is proposed for extra services for the MEP design for the park
building structure, permitting support, construction submittal review and other construction support as
needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Bolton & Menk, Inc.
[Sugar Creek Park Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 22nd day of February,
2022.
