RESOLUTION 2022-066
APPROVING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ACCESS AGREEMENT FROM
WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT [WARRIOR LANE
IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2 PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that temporary construction access to the Waukee
Community School District Middle School property is necessary for the purpose of
reconstruction of the Warrior Lane Improvements - Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Access Agreement from Waukee Community School District
for the Warrior Lane Improvements - Phase 2 Project are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 22"d day of
February, 2022.
