RESOLUTION 2022-068
APPROVING THE WAUKEE CROSSING PLAT 2 OUTLOT W PRELIMINARY PLAT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for Converge NW Plat 1 on February 8, 2022; AND,
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat for Waukee Crossing Plat 2 Outlot W is in general
conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this the 22°d day of February, 2022 that the Preliminary Plat for Waukee Crossing Plat 2 Outlot
W be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
