RESOLUTION 2022-078
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING
SERVICES WITH VEENSTRA & KIMM, INC.
[2022 ASHWORTH ROAD PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. for the
2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consists of pavement patching on Ashworth Road between
Ute Avenue and SE LA Grant Parkway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. and the City of
Waukee, Iowa [2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7 h day of March
2022.
