APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH SNYDER & ASSOCIATES
[MISCELLANEOUS ENGINEERING SERVICES 2021-20221
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City entered into a Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with
Snyder and Associates, Inc. on June 21, 2021 (Resolution #2021-273) for Miscellaneous
Engineering Services for Fiscal Year 2022; AND,
WHEREAS, the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Snyder & Associates, Inc. is to increase
the project budget as the current contract budget is nearing the cap and staff may require
additional services through the remaining months of the fiscal year. The scope of the services
and schedule shall be consistent with the original agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Supplemental Agreement for Additional Services No. 1 between Snyder & Associates and the
City of Waukee, Iowa [Miscellaneous Engineering services 2021-2022] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 7 h day of March,
2022.
