RESOLUTION 2022-107
APPROVING BEVERAGE AGREEMENT WITH PEPSICO BEVERAGE
SALES, LLC [TRIUMPH PARK]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the Waukee Parks & Recreation Department solicited proposals for an
exclusive beverage provider for Triumph Park concession stands; AND,
WHEREAS, following review of the submitted proposals, the Waukee Parks &
Recreation Department recommends entering into an agreement with PepsiCo Beverage
Sales, LLC;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21" day of March, 2022, that the Beverage Agreement with PepsiCo
Beverage Sales, LLC, for Triumph Park concession stands is hereby approved
