RESOLUTION 2022-108
ACCEPTING POLLING PLACE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DALLAS COUNTY
COMMISSIONER OF ELECTIONS AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE
[WAUKEE PRECINCT 101
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Dallas County Commissioner of Elections requests the use of Waukee City
Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road, as the polling place for the Waukee 10 Precinct; AND,
WHEREAS, the Dallas County Commissioner of Elections has provided a Polling Place
Agreement related to the use of Waukee City Hall as the polling place for Waukee Precinct 10,
with the boundaries of said precinct described in the City of Waukee Code of Ordinances,
Chapter 6, City Elections, Section 6.07, Voting Precincts; AND,
WHEREAS, said Agreement will remain in effect for two (2) years;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2 1 " day of March, 2022, that it hereby accepts the Polling Place Agreement between the Dallas
County Commissioner of Elections and the City of Waukee [Waukee 10 Precinct].
