RESOLUTION 2022-129
APPROVAL OF AMENDED EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR CITY OF WAUKEE LIMITED PART TIME/SEASONALANTERN EMPLOYEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Council previously approved the Limited Part Time/Seasonal/Intern
Compensation Plan, with an effective date of April 1, 2022, at their December 20, 2021,
meeting; AND,
WHEREAS, the favorable weather conditions allowed for the early opening of Sugar Creek
Municipal Golf Course; AND,
WHEREAS, the effective date of the Limited Part Time/Seasonal/Intern Compensation Plan
should align and be amended to February 27, 2022, to reflect the early opening of Sugar Creek
Municipal Golf Course; AND,
WHEREAS, the Limited Part Time/Seasonal/Intern compensation plan shall remain in effect
until such time as a revised compensation plan is presented.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
4t' day of April 2022, that the effective date of the City of Waukee Limited Part
Time/Seasonal/Intern compensation plan be amended to February 27, 2022.
