RESOLUTION 2022-133
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING
SERVICES WITH RDG PLANNING & DESIGN, INC.
[COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW — ON CALL SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of RDG Planning & Design, Inc.
for the Community Development Plan Review — On Call Services; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consists of RDG Planning & Design, Inc. assisting the City
with community development reviews, limited to issues related to compliance with City
requirements as described in Part 2.4 of the Specifications for Public Improvements — Waukee,
Iowa, as in effect at the time of the review request.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between RDG Planning & Design, Inc. and the
City of Waukee, Iowa [Community Development Plan Review — On Call Services] is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 4`h day of April 2022.
