RESOLUTION 2022-168
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT, LLC IT AVENUE CORRIDOR
IMPROVEMENTS, W HICKMAN ROAD TO NW DOUGLAS PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC for the T Avenue Corridor Improvements, W Hickman Road to NW Douglas
Parkway; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consist of functional design of T Avenue from W Hickman
Road to NW Meredith Drive. The Consultant will complete project coordination activities,
survey, conceptual design, and functional design. Services will also include a traffic impact
study, environmental services, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, bike trail underpasses,
and joint utility trench; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Foth Infrastructure and Environment,
LLC and the City of Waukee, Iowa [T Avenue Corridor Improvements, W Hickman Road to
NW Douglas Parkway] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 18" day of April
2022.
