RESOLUTION 2022-172
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHLEY ACRES PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Underground Company has completed the public improvements
associated with the Ashley Acres Plat 1 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Ashley Acreas Plat 1 Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18" day of April, 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Ashley Acres Plat 1 Subdivision.
