RESOLUTION 2022-174
APPROVING PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, CHARLOTTE R.
BRODERICK, LLC, AND PHILIP E. BRODERICK, LLC PROPERTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Charlotte R. Broderick, LLC,
and Philip E. Broderick, LLC, are necessary for the purpose of sanitary sewer extensions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement, Charlotte R. Broderick, LLC, and Philip E. Broderick,
LLC, property, is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18th day of April,
2022.
