RESOLUTION 2022-175
APPROVING EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC USE AND FACILITIES, DALLAS
COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Dallas County Conservation
Board, are necessary for the purpose of sanitary sewer extensions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Easement for Public Use and Facilities, Dallas County Conservation Board property, is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 18t' day of April,
2022.
