RESOLUTION 2022-186
APPROVING ANDREWS TECHNOLOGY (NOVATIME) SOFTWARE
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND ORDER FORM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into agreement with Andrews Technology for the software
maintenance agreement and order form; AND,
WHEREAS, the agreement enters the City into a three year maintenance agreement for use of
the Novatime system thru Andrews Technology for advanced scheduling, timekeeping and
FMLA tracking software and required equipment; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Maintenance Agreement for software (Novatime) and services between Andrews Technology
and the City of Waukee, Iowa is hereby approved.
