RESOLUTION 2022-190
APPROVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, CITY OF WAUKEE PROPERTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from the City of Waukee, are
necessary for the purpose of utility extensions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Utility Easement, City of Waukee, property, is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approv is the 2nd day of May,
2022.
