IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as 2022
Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Project and described in the Solicitation for Quotations that
was provided to contractors be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest responsible
quote received for such work, as follows:
Contractor: The Concrete Contracting Company of Grimes, IA
Amount of quote: $182,673.75
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2°d day of May, 2022.
