RESOLUTION 2022-194
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR MAPLE GROVE PLACE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Maple Grove Place, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Maple Grove Place (the
"Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on April 26, 2022, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Maple Grove Place and the documents relating thereto will comply
with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulalions of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
2"d day of May, 20221, that the Final Plat for Maple Grove Place be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
l . Warranty Deed (Street Lot A)
2. Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3. Public Water Main Easement;
4. Public Utility Easement;
5. Public Ingress/Egress Easement;
6. Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement;
7. Public Storm Water Detention Easement;
8. Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement
Agreement;
9. Public Overland Flowage Easement;
10. Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
11. Private Storm Sewer & Overland Flowage Easement;
12. Private Storm Sewer & Overland Flowage Easement (Offsite);
13. Private Water Main Easement;
14. Private Storm Sewer Easement; and
15. Private Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Water Main Easement
