APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR 2022 ASHWORTH ROAD PAVEMENT
PATCHING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the contract and bond for the construction of certain public improvements described in
general as the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Project and described in detail in the
request for proposals be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
