RESOLUTION 2022-229
APPROVING CITY OF WAUKEE NATURAL GAS MERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN,
OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS AND
RECOMMENDATIONS, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE WRITTEN
PROCEDURES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee owns and operates its own natural gas utility system; AND,
WHEREAS, the Emergency Plan and Procedures contain the procedures for preventing
accidents and responding quickly and effectively should accidents occur or should emergency
conditions exist; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
City of Waukee Natural Gas Emergency Response Plan, Operations and Maintenance
Requirements and Recommendations, Operations and Maintenance Written Procedures is hereby
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approv e 6th day of June 2022.
