RESOLUTION 2022-230
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. [NORTHEAST OUTFALL SEWER —
LITTLE WALNUT CREEK COORDINATION PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of Stantec Consulting Services,
Inc. for the Northeast Outfall Sewer — Little Walnut Creek Coordination project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consist of review of engineering for the installation of a 30-
inch diameter sanitary sewer along Little Walnut Creek (in Clive) with respects to potential
impacts on the creek and completing the SRF application related to stream restoration; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. and
the City of Waukee, Iowa [Northeast Outfall Sewer — Little Walnut Creek Coordination Project]
is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approv day of June 2022.
