RESOLUTION 2022-231
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
WHKS & COMPANY [NW SUNRISE DRIVE CULVERT PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IO WA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of WHKS & Co. for the NW
Sunrise Drive Culvert project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services consist of performing preliminary and final design for a new
culvert on NW Sunrise Dr. over an unnamed Creek; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between WHKS & Co. and the City of Waukee,
Iowa [NW Sunrise Drive Culvert Design Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approve day of June 2022.
