RESOLUTION 2022-234
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
12022 ASHWORTH ROAD PAVEMENT PATCHING]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Concrete Contracting Company has completed the public
improvements associated with the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Project;
AND,
WHEREAS, Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. have reviewed the improvements constructed as
part of the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"' day of June 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Pam.
