RESOLUTION 2022-245
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE VILLAGE TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Prairie Village of Iowa, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Prairie Village
Townhomes Plat I (the "Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on May 10, 2022, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Prairie Village Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with section § 176 — Subdivision Regulations of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
6t' day of June, 2022, that the Final Plat for Prairie Village Townhomes Plat 1 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1. Warranty Deed (Outlot Z);
2. Public Storm Water Detention Easement;
3. Public Landscape Buffer Easement;
4. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5. Private Storm Sewer Easement;
6. Private Sanitary Sewer Easement (Off -Site)
7. Public Ingress/Egress Easement (Off -Site)
8. Public Ingress/Egress Easement; and
9. Public Utility Easement
