APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING NEIGHBORHOOD PARK]
17V THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on February 7, 2022, the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for
Professional Services with Genus Landscape Architects for the concept design and development
of Stratford Crossing neighborhood park (Resolution #2022-039); AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommend approval of an amendment to the Agreement for
Professional Services related to site survey, design development of plans, development of the
construction documents, coordination of public bidding, construction contract administration,
observation and close out;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services Amendment No. 1 with Genus Landscape
Architects [Stratford Neighborhood Park] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 20'h day of June,
2022.
