RESOLUTION 2022-286
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
SNYDER & ASSOCIATES [2022-2023 MISCELLANEOUS ENGINEERING SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of Snyder & Associates, Inc., to perform
various engineering services; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services includes, but is not limited to, General Engineering,
Municipal Engineering, Structural Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering
and Water Resources;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder & Associates, Inc., and the City
of Waukee, IA [2022-2023 Miscellaneous Engineering Services] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 5t' day of July, 2022.
