RESOLUTION 2022-313
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[NW DOUGLAS PARKWAY ROAD EXTENSION (2021), WAUKEE
COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Elder Corporation has completed the public improvements associated with
the NW Douglas Parkway Road Extension (2021), Waukee Community School District
Project: AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff. has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the NW
Douglas Parkway Road Extension (2021), Waukee Community School District project
and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18'' day of July 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the NW Douglas Parkway Road Extension (2021), Waukee Community
School District Project.
