RESOLUTION 2022-317
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2025
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Planning and Zoning Commissioner KC Gerlitz is unable to complete his term,
scheduled to expire January 31, 2025; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Kullen Koelker to fill the unexpired Planning &
Zoning Commission term of KC Gerlitz.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18t' day of July, 2022, that the mayor's appointment of Kullen Koelker to the Planning and
Zoning Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2025, is hereby approved.
