RESOLUTION 2022-345
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY GRADE
[ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN LEAD]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator, Assistant Director Public Works — Engineering and Human
Resources Director propose the creation of an Engineering Technician Lead job description;
AND,
WHEREAS, the pay grade for the position shall be GS 16; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator and Human Resource Director recommend establishing the
job description and approving the job description and pay grade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 150' day of August 2022 that it hereby approves the job description and pay grade for
Engineering Technician Lead.
