Home My WebLink About2022-09-06 Resolution 2022-376_Fee Schedule, Revised 2THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2022-376 ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2022 FEE SCHEDULE, REVISION NO.2 IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND, WHEREAS, as part of the budget review and adoption process, a Fee Schedule for services provided by the City of Waukee has been submitted to the City Council for consideration and approval; AND, WHEREAS, on March 21, 2022, the Waukee City Council adopted the 2022 Fee Schedule (Resolution #2022-101); AND, WHEREAS, on June 20, 2022, the Waukee City Council adopted Revision No. 1 to the 2022 Fee Schedule (Resolution #2022-266); AND, WHEREAS, on September 6, 2022, the Waukee City Council approved Ordinance #3047 amending Chapter 104 regarding the regulation of industrial wastewater, commercial wastewater and hauled waste; AND, WHEREAS, an amendment to the Schedule of Administrative Penalties in relation to Waukee Municipal Code Chapter 104 has been prepared for Council consideration and is recommended for adoption, in form attached hereto as Exhibit A and on file in the Office of the City Clerk. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 60, day of September, 2022, that the City of Waukee 2022 Fee Schedule, Revision No. 2, and that the amendment to the fees therein established shall become effective upon and as of October 1, 2022.
