RESOLUTION 2022-389
APPROVAL OF AMENDING CERTAIN ADDRESSES FOR LOT 5 AND LOT 6
OF KETTLESTONE PEAK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Kettlestone Peak on April 4,
2022, and recorded said final plat with the Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 5 and
Lot 6 of Kettlestone Peak; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 19'h day of September 2022, that the local address of 1300 SE
Pleasant View Drive be amended to 1305 SE Pleasant View Drive, and the local address
of 1350 SE Pleasant View Drive be amended to 1355 SE Pleasant Vie ive. A copy of
this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Offic as County, Iowa.
