RESOLUTION 2022-405
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH WATER MAIN LOWERING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, J & K Contracting, LLC has completed the public improvements associated
with the Ashworth Water Main Lowering Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Ashworth Water Main Lowering Project and confirm that said improvements constructed
as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of October, 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Ashworth Water Main Lowering Project.
