RESOLUTION 2022-410
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2022 FEE SCHEDULE, REVISION NO.3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, as part of the budget review and adoption process, a Fee Schedule for services provided
by the City of Waukee has been submitted to the City Council for consideration and approval; AND,
WHEREAS, on March 21, 2022, the Waukee City Council adopted the 2022 Fee Schedule
(Resolution #2022-101); AND,
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2022, the Waukee City Council adopted Revision No. 1 to the 2022 Fee
Schedule (Resolution #2022-266); AND,
WHEREAS, on September 6, 2022, the Waukee City Council adopted Revision No. 2 to the 2022 Fee
Schedule (Resolution #2022-376); AND,
WHEREAS, approved amendments to the City of Waukee Policy for Examination and Copying of
Public Records require subsequent amendments to the City of Waukee 2022 Fee Schedule, Fire
Department, to remove fees for Reports;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 3d day
of October, 2022, that the City of Waukee 2022 Fee Schedule, Revision No. 3, is hereby approved and
shall be in immediate effect unless otherwise noted in the schedule.
