RESOLUTION 2022-425
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE CROSSING PLAT 21
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Crossing, LLC has completed the public improvements associated
with Waukee Crossing Plat 2: AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Waukee Crossing Plat 2 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17t' day of October 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Crossing Plat 2.
