RESOLUTION 2022-426
APPROVING SATISFACTION OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
[WAUKEE CROSSING, LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee and Waukee Crossing, LLC have agreed to certain
improvements to NW 6th Street as outlined in the Developer's Agreement: AND,
WHEREAS, the City and Developer have agreed to cap the incentive payment for the
NW 6th Street Improvements for an amount not -to -exceed $153,993.71,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of October 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Crossing Plat 2 and the Developer has Satisfied the requirements
of the Developer's Agreement.
