RESOLUTION 2022-429
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH CALHOUN-BURNS & ASSOCIATES
[N. WARRIOR LANE BRIDGE OVER LITTLE WALNUT CREEK]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City entered into a Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with
Calhoun -Burns & Associates on April 4, 2022 (RES #22-132) for N. Warrior Lane Bridge over
Little Walnut Creek; AND,
WHEREAS, the Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with
Calhoun -Burns & Associates for Cultural and Environmental Investigation Services and
additional pre -permitting and permit application services with the USACE and IDNR.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Calhoun -Burns &
Associates and the City of Waukee, Iowa [N. Warrior Lane Bridge over Little Walnut Creek] is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 17`h day of October,
2022.
