RESOLUTION 2022-440
APPROVAL OF AMENDING CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 1 OF PRAIRIE
CROSSING PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Prairie Crossing Plat 10 on
August 15, 2022, and recorded said final plat with the Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there was a scriveners error related to Lot 1 of
Prairie Crossing Plat 10; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 17`h day of October 2022, that the local address of 505 NE Venture
Drive be amended to 505 E Hickman Road. A copy of this resolution shall be filed of
record with the Recorders Office of Dallas County, Iowa.
