RESOLUTION 2022-460
APPROVING PUBLIC INGRESS/EGRESS AGREEMENT
[DAVID W. WALTERS AND JODY M. WALTERS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the Public Ingress/Egress Easement was restated when the Walter's built their home,
however the legal description on the restated easement was incorrect; AND
WHEREAS, the new easement corrects the legal description of the easement area to ensure the
ingress/egress area is accurate; AND
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that the
Public Ingress/Egress Agreement between David W. Walters and Jody M. Walters and the City of
Waukee is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute any and all documents to
effectuate the closing on behalf of the City, and that the City Clerk shall cause the originals of the
Public Ingress/Egress Agreement to be recorded upon the properties by submitting the original to the
Dallas County Recorder with the appropriate recording fees.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved ' the 7t' day of November
2022.
