AWARDING QUOTE FOR SOUTHFORK DRIVE CULVERT REPAIRS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as the
Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs project and described in the Request for Quotes that was
provided to contractors be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest responsible quote
received for such work, as follows:
Contractor: Jon Track Construction, LLC of Nevada, IA
Amount of quote: $104,558.00
PASSED AND APPROVED this 215t day of November, 2022.
