RESOLUTION 2022-487
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE
PUBLIC ART ADVISORY COMMISSION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on August 15, 2022, the Waukee City Council approved an ordinance establishing the
Public Art Advisory Commission in order to assist and advise the Waukee City Council in the
promotion of public art within the City's physical environment and public spaces (Ordinance #3046);
AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints the following as members of the Public Art Advisory
Commission and with the following term expiration dates:
1) Jon Eichhorn
2) Megan Giudicessi
3) Weston Mallgren
4) Kathryn Murray
5) Abbey Christensen
6) Amy Schrodt
7) Charlie Notheis
Term Expires:
January 31, 2024
January 31, 2024
January 31, 2025
January 31, 2025

January 31, 2026
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
21 sc day of November, 2022, that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of members to the Public
Art Advisory Commission.
