RESOLUTION 2022-494
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR LOT 1, WAUKEE TOWNE CENTER
PLAT 2 (900 SE LAUREL STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Lot 1, Waukee Towne Center Plat 2, subject to remaining staff comments on
November 8, 2022; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Lot 1, Waukee Towne Center Plat 2 is in general conformance
with § 160 — Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Lot 1, Waukee Towne Center Plat 2 is in general conformance
with § 161 — Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 21S` day of November, 2022 that the Site Plan for Lot 1, Waukee Towne Center Plat 2 is
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
