APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR SOUTHFORK DRIVE CULVERT
REPAIRS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the contract and bond for the construction of certain public improvements described in
general as the Southfork Drive Culvert Repairs Project and described in detail in the request for
proposals be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor: OnTrack Construction, LLC, of Nevada, IA
Amount of quote: $104,558.00
Portion of project:
All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5t' day of December, 2022.
